| I'm agree and disagree. Long dtinasce relationships could work as long as the individuals are allowed to see each other intermittently physical contact generates attraction, and it's pretty difficult to pursue higher forms of cerebral love (the platonic kind) for most people, so that's pretty necessary. The added dtinasce might be a good thing as it creates a heightened sense of anticipation, allows you to miss your partner more.On the other hand, it really depends on the individual. And from what I've seen, it doesn't generally pan out too well for college freshmen. Freshman year is generally the time for experimentation and letting loose (on your own for the first time, the year isn't as important academically). Chances are, students will be more interested in the extramarital than extracurriculars.Sorry, Plato, but with all due respect, I think it's a little naive to want to put strain on a relationship in order to test the bonds of your love. First of all, you idealistically assume that there exists some sort of true, unadulterated love that should be able to overcome any obstacle, climb every mountain, swim across any ocean blah blah blah when the fact is, plenty of people experience strong feelings for another but aren't able to be with them for practical reasons. People fall in and out of love all the time, and dtinasce can create emotional separation along with the physical. The testing our love thing is also just not a cool move and something guys expect from bitchy girls who play games.Also I was really disappointed when this post wasn't about actual virtual girlfriends (dating sims and girlfriends-for-hire). That should be your next post. | |
